As a textiles major in college, she realized her love of fabric and how the final detail of a window treatment transform a space. Carol Kelly has been decorating homes for over 30yrs, from the simplicity of adding décor to extensive renovations.
Carol lives in Manheim with her husband Bill. She enjoys spending time with her children and 4 grandchildren. She loves weekends at the Jersey shore, long walks and thrift shopping. She is obsessed with decorative pillows, and always looking for the bargains to change her personal décor on a budget.
