Increasingly we are seeing home-owners incorporate dog baths and showers into their mudrooms. I have to admit that I thought it was a bit over the top until I saw the many practical uses for them. People use them to wash off boots, athletic cleats and gardening tools. Gardeners particularly love them because they are a great space to arrange and water flowers without making a mess in the house. Small children also fit nicely - mud and sand are down the drain without muddy foot-prints on all the floors.
